The paint your partner challenge is simple: each of you makes a portrait of the other. Artbitrator gives you a shared place to do it online.
You can be careful, cartoonish, or wonderfully wonky. Choose a style together and see where it takes you.

Choose Paint Your Partner
Find Paint Your Partner in the game menu. One of you creates the room and sends its link to the other. Join the same room before you begin.
Draw each other
Your partner is your subject. Start with their face, then add the little details you recognise. You can draw from a call, a photo, or the person sitting opposite you.
Share the portrait reveal
When your portraits are ready, reveal them together. Tell your partner why you picked those details. Take a screenshot if you want a keepsake of your date.

Start with the face. Get distracted by the hair. Spend far too long on one eyebrow. Your portrait only needs to look like your version of them.
Give yourself some space
Use a device each. A larger screen makes it easier to keep your canvas and a call in view; a mouse or touch screen is enough to start.
Make the reveal part of the date
Leave a moment to look at each portrait. Explain the tiny detail or inside joke you added, and take a screenshot if you want to keep it.

What is the Paint Your Partner challenge?
Two people draw or paint portraits of each other, then share the results. Artbitrator lets you do the drawing version together in a browser, using the Paint Your Partner mode. You can also try the same idea with paper and pens.
Is Paint Your Partner free, and do we need accounts?
The Paint Your Partner mode is free to play. Both players need to create an Artbitrator account or sign in before joining the room. You do not need to buy Pro to try this mode.
Can we play from different places?
Yes. Use a device each, sign in, and share the room link so you are playing together. Keep your usual call open if you want to talk while drawing. Headphones help avoid audio echo when you have a call and a game open together.
Do we need an app or a drawing tablet?
No app download or drawing tablet is required. You draw in your browser. Use the device you have; a tablet or larger screen gives you more canvas space, while a mouse is fine for a deliberately simple portrait.
How long should we set aside?
Allow about 15–30 minutes for a relaxed drawing date, plus time to sign in and join the room. That is a suggested date plan, not a fixed game duration. Leave a few minutes at the end to look at the portraits together.
What if neither of us can draw?
Start with a simple face shape and add two recognisable details: glasses, a fringe, a favourite hat or a big smile. You are making a picture for someone who knows you, so an inside joke can matter more than accurate proportions.
