By accessing or playing Artbitrator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our AI drawing game.

2. Description of Service

Artbitrator is a free multiplayer drawing game where players create drawings based on prompts and are judged by artificial intelligence. The service includes single-player campaign, multiplayer modes, daily challenges, and free draw practice modes.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create drawings containing offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or abuse other players
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam chat or use the game for advertising
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the game servers
• Share or distribute copyrighted material without permission

4. Content Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of drawings you create. By playing Artbitrator, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your drawings for:

• Operating and improving the quick draw game
• Training and improving our AI models
• Displaying in the Hall of Fame or promotional materials
• Sharing with other players during matches

4.2 Our Content

All game code, AI models, graphics, text, and other content provided by Artbitrator are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Beta Service

Artbitrator is currently in beta. The service may contain bugs, may be interrupted, and features may change or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability or specific performance levels.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason we deem appropriate.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of AI judgments
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use Artbitrator. Users between 13-18 should have parental consent. By using the service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

10. Fair Play

We want this multiplayer drawing game to be fun and fair for everyone:

• No using AI tools to generate drawings
• No pre-drawing or using saved images
• No collusion or match-fixing in multiplayer games
• Play in good faith and respect other players

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
